Responsibility: 1 To provide solutions for customers in the animal nutrient field 2 Responsible for achieving targeted sales growth for regional and corporate accounts at a rate and profit margin consistent with the strategic business plan 3 Contact and secure major new business and maintain existing business 4 Expands gross profit and sales volume for an assigned customer account by developing and implementing national/regional sales strategies. 5 Provide current market information, Prepare and analyze market data, recommend strategies, support new product development efforts in concert with the Marketing and Sales Manager. 6 Problem Solving/Decision Making |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Requirement 1 Bachelor’s/Academic Degree in animal nutrition with 2+years related sales or marketing experience in feed additive industry. Master degree in animal nutrition will be a plus. 2 Requires a proven sales ability with good result. 3 Ability to make valid contributions to business plan and marketing strategies. 4 Self motivated and teamwork spirit. 5 Excellent presentation skills will be an advantage 6 Good English knowledge, both in writing and speaking will be an advantage. 7 Average 10-15 days traveling required per month in China |
