Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: · To have negotiation with suppliers to meet the order requirements with respects to quality evaluation, cost control, delivery timing and inventory management · To make timely analysis on the developments of China or global supplying market and work out reasonable purchasing plan and budget subject to Sales forecast · To establish and manage highly efficient Standard Operation Procedure for Purchasing work flow and good communication system with relevant parties · To coordinate the Corporate strategic products assessment and follow up the evaluation process · to regularly make suppliers assessment and implement good suppliers management system |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Capabilities · Fluent English, excellent writing, listening and reading skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels · University education preferably in plant protection or chemistry discipline · A minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing work, preferably Agrochemical products purchasing · Familiar with China import and export procedure and relating areas · Team-work spirited, pro active results driven attitude with a desire to succeed |
